Percentage Package
This package is good for school fates and any organised events. You will be provided with wrist bands that you sell to you customers for a fee of £5 per wrist band. This then gives them unlimited use on all the inflatable that we provide. We will provide between 6 and 15 inflatable. This will depend on the ages of the children and how many wrist bands sold.
We will come and look at the site and carry out a risk assessment.
On the day of your event, we will bring the inflatable and 3 to 4 staff. We will set up, fence off and make safe and supervise our inflatable. If more staff are required, there will be an extra charge or you can provide your own helpers.
If electricity is not available, there will be a charge of £10 per inflatable for us to provide petrol blowers. These charges will be deducted off your fee.
We will pay you 25% for the first 200 wrist bands that you sell. If you sell more, we will pay you 30% for all wrist bands sold over 200.
We recommend you to sell the wrist bands prior to your event for £5 each. This system gives you and us an indication on how many visitors you will have attending. However wrist bands can still be sold on the day of your event for £6 with the extra £1 going straight to yourself. Any unsold wrist bands must be returned to us, if not you will be charged £5 per wrist band.
Daily Hire Package
If you prefer, you can hire all our inflatable for your events with all the takings going straight to yourself. We will deliver, set up, fence off and make safe all the inflatable. We will go through all the safety procedures with you and we will come back at an agreed time to pack away. Please see our daily hire rates. If electricity is not available, there will be a charge of £10 per inflatable for us to provide petrol blowers.
Pitch Fee Package
We will always be willing to pay a pitch fee for your events. Please call to discuss this option.
Deposit
All our packages require £100 deposit payable at the time of booking. This is non refundable. However, we will always try to offer an alternative date for your event.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE
(The word UNIT in terms & conditions means any other inflatable if not a bouncy castle.)
These are the Terms & Conditions of Hire of Bens Bouncy Castles. The company accepts no responsibility for damage or injury whilst our equipment is under hire to you. Please ensure the delivery driver has free and easy access to erect the castle/unit onto a clean flat lawn. Please be advised that if we arrive and there is insufficient space or the lawn is unsuitable (e.g. Sloping or is unclean) full payment still has to be made. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time, i.e. in really bad weather(if more than light shower we may cancel for safety reasons.
Bouncy Castles are strictly for children under 11 yrs old. Any child taller than the inside wall is not permitted to use it. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should ADULTS enter onto the castle/unit as this may result in damage to the castle/unit. Any damage will have to be paid for by the hirer named in our agreement. The driver is to be paid upon delivery of the castle/unit. No signs are to be glued/taped or hung on the castle/unit at all.
You (the hirer) are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire and you are strongly advised to take out Public Liability Insurance covering the use of the castle/units whilst it is on hire to you.
You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at ALL TIMES when the castle/unit is in use. The castle/unit cannot be left unattended.
Children must remove their shoes before using the castle/unit and children must be prevented from climbing up the walls/barriers of the castle/unit. Food, drink, belts and pets are forbidden on all castles/units.
The hirer is responsible for safe keeping of the castle/unit and you will be charged for any damage caused to it or for any items missing from it on its return.
Equipment returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge. No children who have been face-painted can use the castle/unit due to the makeup staining the castle/unit.
All units are checked on delivery and your signature indicates acceptance of the castle/unit as being in good, clean condition.
Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the castle/unit and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver.
Extreme caution is to be taken with extension cables and the electric blower. THE BLOWER IS NOT TO BE COVERED WITH ANYTHING.
The safe amount of children on an inflatable at any time is as follows: 15’x15’=8 max, 12’x14’=6 max, 11’x15’=6 max, 14’x8’ ball pond=5 max, 16’x14’=6 max, 19’x11’9’ slide=4 max. ADULT SUPERVISION IS NECESSARY. The hirer must ensure castles/units are staked down at all times.
Payment can be cash or cheque. Cash payments can be made on the day of hire. Cheques must be received by us at least one week before the day of hire. |
