Before the arrival of our equipment please ensure that your home/ venue where the bouncy castle will be located is clean and tidy. (Please remove any furniture and toys to ensure that the equipment can be installed and used safely.)

Food, Drinks, Party Poppers and Face Paint are not permitted on any of our equipment!

Please be aware that you will be required to sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions on the arrival of your order. Please read in advance of your booking. (Available to view on our website under terms and conditions.)

INDOOR HIRE:

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the venue is big enough to fit in the bouncy castle and any additional equipment. (Please refer to the size tab for the specific measurements of your castle, including floor size and ceiling height.)

Delivery and Payment:

Summer Hire Times:

Standard Delivery: Before Midday

Standard Collection: Before 8pm

Additional Hours: Charged at £10.00 per hour

Collections after 10pm are charges as Overnight Hire: Additional £50.00
