I just wanted to say a very big thank you to Ben’s Bouncy Castles. There was a problem with the van doors and the equipment was trapped! Your team was amazing calmly dealing with me in complete panic mode and then racing back to the yard to sort the van doors and returning with the inflatable and bull, they got everything up and running with just a 15 minute delay.

Alex and Marcus were lovely throughout the evening, I also really appreciate you price matching the equipment hire to last year. I will not hesitate in recommending Bens Bouncy Castles to others or using you in the future.

Booked the Harry Potter castle and bubble machine last weekend to entertain my son and friends. Went for the biggest castle we could find and it didn’t disappoint- reminded us of what we remembered bouncy castles to look like before we grew and they became smaller!
Service was brilliant- Alex and his team helped enormously in what was a very stressful set up situation due to unforeseen circumstances and set up efficiently and quickly. Would highly recommend

Great service and lovely bouncy castle for my son's 3rd birthday party. We changed our minds after we made the booking and that wasn't a problem for the team. We ended up with the Jungle safari play set and it was perfect for 3-4 year olds. Nice and open, the ball pool was a hit and the little slide, plus bouncy castle. Lovely, friendly chaps delivered and collected at the agreed times and they even let us have it a little longer than originally booked so close family could enjoy another couple of hours on it after all the other guests had left. Would definitely use them again.

We hired a paw patrol bouncy castle at the weekend for a toddler birthday party and it went down a treat with all the guests. I can highly recommend Bens Bouncy Castles. It was really easy booking the bouncy castle online. They actually went above and beyond and even went to the venue to check the ceiling height for me to confirm which height bouncy castle we could hire. On the day, it was delivered and set up really quickly and pick up was also punctual and quick. Will definitely hire again from Bens Bouncy Castles.

We hired the Action Hero Activity Fun Run for ours sons 5th birthday party. It was brilliant and kept the kids well entertained - slide was a huge hit! Excellent service would definitely recommend!

We had a party for our 4 year old son in a hall in Tewin and Ben's Bouncy Castles showed up a little early put up the amazing bouncy castle with a ball pit and slide as well as giving us cars to ride on to for the kids. The service from start to finish was amazing. The delivery driver was happy smiley and helpful. Great service great value for money! If you are having a party book these people.

Thankyou so much to bens bouncy castle! Had my sons 2nd birthday party Saturday just gone and had a peppa pig bouncy castle it was amazing and my little boy and his friends loved it! The guy who set the bouncy castle up was really lovely and friendly, also they were very friendly and organised over the phone too ! Very very happy!

Had a party for my daughter's 2nd birthday! The jungle soft play was AMAZING!!! Everyone enjoyed it so much and it really made her day!
So impressed with the service! The drivers turned up bang on time and were great at setting it up (even though the hall was smaller than expected and we didn't think it was going to fit, but the guys were great and moved some furniture around to make it fit!)
They were really friendly and super efficient!
Definitely recommend Ben's Bouncy Castles - friends at the party are going to use them in the future and I look forward to having another party with them again!

We hired an indoor Frozen bouncy castle for our daughter’s birthday party and it was brilliant. The team setting it up arrived on time and set it up so quickly she was able to enjoy it while we were getting ready for the guests to arrive. The children loved the bouncy castle! We would highly recommend Ben’s Bouncy Castles; they were very reasonably priced, efficient, on time and professional. A pleasure to deal with!

Hired the paw patrol bouncy castle for my son's 1st birthday, it got delivered an hour early (bonus)&the delivery men where very helpful & got the bouncy castle set up within minutes! Just hired the V minion castle for my son's 6th birthday party. Had about 15 mad children jumping all over the place and truly loved it. Used this company for over 5 years now and never been let down. Online has such a great selection to suit all budgets too.
Always kind and helpful staff quick to set up and pack away leaving you to fuss about the little stuff. Very surprised to hear any negative feedback on here as this company have always been spot on.
With my 3 boys I'm sure I will be calling you up again pretty soon.

Hired the bouncy castle party dome for mydaughters birthday party. Was a real hit with all kids and adults the music comes out really loud also so no need for another form a music play!
We had it over night and they wasn't in no hurry to collect the next day which my kids was even happier about as they got to okay next day. We delivered put up at 1pm and not collected he next day till gone 2pm.
Excellent service and great castle thanks very much will def use again if I have another party but will also go on to recommend to family and friends. Thanks all at bens

Thank you to Bens Bouncy castles for helping us out at very short notice! I contacted them 1 week before our party and they supplied us with the gladiator duel and bungee run. They ended up dropping them off a day early so we had them for longer than planned. Everyone had so much fun, I would definitely recommend them and they'll be first on my list if I ever need to hire something like this again!

Booked 10th June for my son's 8th birthday, had his classmates come to his party (24 kids!). The castle was a great hit with them all and I really couldn't have kept them all entertained without it. On Saturday night we discovered that the trampoline mat we had bought for our daughter's birthday party was the wrong size! I 'phoned Ben's at about 7pm and at 11am the following day I had a brilliant (and I mean brilliant) Disco Dome with lights and an amazing sound system all set up in our garden to the absolute delight of my daughter and her guests. Thank you Ben's for saving the day. Delivery was prompt, set up was quick and thorough, all in all a superb service. Thank you.

We hired the new AJL Pirate Ship for my sons 4th Birthday and it was a huge hit, i have used Bens Bouncy Castles on numerous occasions and have always been pleased with the products and the friendly staff. One of the tables we ordered was a different size to the rest which was a bit disappointing but mistakes happen sometimes and a refund for that table was offered. I would not hesitate to recommend them

We hired the air jungles bounce and slide and giant connect 4 for a 40th birthday party at The Cross Keys in Gustard Wood. It was fantastic and the kids absolutely loved the bouncy castle. It kept 30 kids occupied for about 6 hours and we definitely got value for money. It was so easy to hire and the guys that dropped and collected were brilliant. Really efficient and friendly. We hired the Airquee Fun Run Assault Course for a 7th Birthday Party, and it was absolutely brilliant. Around 20 kids spent the whole party rushing from one end to the other and then back again for another go. It is a really exciting high quality inflatable. One day they will be too old for this kind of thing, but not yet - even the older kids loved it.
The service was first rate. Courteous well mannered staff delivered on time, with great care, and set it up exactly as we wanted to before they left. It was clean, brightly coloured, and looked new. Collection was just as painless.

We worked with Bens Bouncy Castle for St Albans Half Marathon. Communication pre event was good. They turned up on time and set-up using initiative. Equipment was all good quality and well received by our community. We did have bad weather and they managed to open up the inflatables when it was safe to do so a close them when risks were too high. Very impressed by professionalism of the team and look forward to working with them again next year.

Yesterday was my wedding reception and I had ordered two bouncy castles for the 40 children that were attending, 3 hours before the start the company I was using let me down!! Absolute nightmare..... Until I called Bens Bouncy Castles. With no dramas or problems, the response to my phone call was 'I will load up the van now and be there before your event starts' Legends!!!!
